Kelli is responsible for managing both public and private sector clients with a primary focus on the school district segment. She assists school districts in implementing and administering consulting services, especially around health care reform, supporting the Compliance and Analytics Team in their state- wide efforts.
In the corporate market, she facilitates ongoing benefit account administration including client enrollment meetings and renewal management. Overall, she is responsible for client management and process improvement and implementation. Kelli’s experience in the employee benefit field spans sales and retention to specializing in payroll and compliance processes. Her account management experience includes all operational elements within groups of various sizes.
Kelli graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Communication. She is licensed NYS Life, Accident and Health.
